THANKS to all the donors and volunteers who've made these recent improvements possible:
· A beach volleyball court has been installed with funding, in part, by money donated toward the camp's wish list. Donations from Rev. Brant Copeland and the Presbyterian Women of Gulf Breeze Presbyterian Church completed the project with a professional net, ball and storage system
· Volunteer Bruce Neu installed a metal roof over the pool’s physical plant
· Maintenance Director Robert Commerford enclosed the pool's physical plant area with a fence to meet code requirements
· A washer and dryer donated by First Presbyterian Church of Quincy was installed in Laurel Oak Lodge
· Volunteer Dan Hooker made improvements to the roof and front and back steps of Laurel Oak Lodge
· Dan Hooker and crew from First Presbyterian Church of Quincy installed a new roof on the chapel after its roof was damaged in a storm
· First Presbyterian Church of Marianna donated a new commercial grade projection screen for use in the chapel or the Bearss Building
· Robert Commerford and Dan Hooker have installed a safety fence along the prayer trail
· Bruce Neu painted and installed new trail signs all over camp
· 2009 Summer Camp Director Kevin and his wife donated a wireless router, which now provides wireless capability in the director's house/office, Laurel Oak Lodge and Pole Barn
· Gulf Breeze Presbyterian Church has provided funding for a labyrinth, which will be located 300-500 ft. off the Blue Trail near the main road and entrance to the camp
• Robert Commerford and Bruce Neu have been working on a new septic tank for the dining hall area
